Centrifugal force. What a great thing. I can see it now. Grabbing a group of

6-7 year olds and handing them greens in pilllowcases and telling them to go

have a good time outside while getting dinner ready. What a blast. They'd

probably fall over from getting dizzy. Hee Hee. I'm dizzy and no spinning

required. What a neat idea! A pillowcase. Cool.

Raw Foods for Health and HappinessHi Tammy,

I was wondering where you got information about how to join the co-op you

mentioned? I have heard of these, but never found one to join locally. I don't

have a salad spinner, but have been washing greens, carefully drying them, then

putting them in large zip locs with a paper towel to absorb any moisture. It

seems to help some.

Thank you,

Heather in SC
