I feel gratified to read this:

It is not so much that it matters what the person looks like but just to get

a sense of who you are chatting with. I do care if someone is 1000 pounds

because from one human to another I hurt when someone is hurting, I don't

like to see anyone suffer. Being 1000 pounds would be a big source of pain,

whether they say that or not.

I agree with you. I think it is a simple human curiosity. Over the years I

have developed some great friendships from groups I have belonged to. In

time after talking for awhile we exchanged pics and it just seemed to make

it more of a friendship and a tad more personal. I think it is an option and

not something one has to do that doesn't want to or doesn't feel

comfortable. Some people are more guarded than others, I am not so much.

Now, if he was a handsome Greek God,well...........LOL that would be cool

actually. LOL I think everyone has different eyes, what is a Greek God to

one person might be a GEEK God to another. So it is all relative, imho.
