Guest guest
Hi all, busy with birthday parties (my youngest turned 10)and travel plans ... well travel plans are easy for me usually but- we were invited to stay at friends house in PEI It is a second home he has but he has been struggling with liver cancer and then he passed away last sun. Anyhow of course we have delayed that anyway His wife a vegetarian gave some food that her husband used to eat to us. We passed it along it was those convenience meals-frozen pizza and the like. Well his wife is avegetarian but her late husband didn't eat her food and smoked and drank Very intelligent sweet guy with poor food choices. Well it got me to thinking of certsin situations where the cook -most of the time the mother but could be father anyhow situations where they make choices to be vegan or a raw foodist and then buy and make some of the msot disgusitng food horrible because its cheap. -experiences of a few friends & family it can be very expensive to eat organic raw food, What I have done is just to feed my family wholesome food. I understand that term can vary :-) For ex. a bean dish, green salad and veg and yes at times naturally raised flesh. After all that rambling and I apologize a bit for that and after all I am not a 100% raw foodist-I am compromising a bit with the budget I just wondered if anyone here has a family that is on the big size 4 or more kids and I am talking older kids too because they eat more then that are 100% raw I am interested in the cost and if it satisfies a teen son? My son tried being a vegan for awhile and he was up all night eating. He can go through massive amounts of food when eating vegan- Thanks in advance for your answers, oh & btw I would love to talk about the party-MIL helped with that and oh I shudder such none foods...anyway anotehr post about that later Em
