Rudy, I'm much more interested in encouraging you and others forward into

meaningful paradigm shifts that enable you to create health than I am in

discussing all the details on the head of a pin.

What determines the quality of our health? One way to look at this is in

terms of our capacity to eliminate. When our capacity to eliminate is high,

then the environment matters little, except in the most extreme cases. This

has been one of the major findings in the China Study ... that when people

are sufficiently healthy, all the " carcinogens " and other " toxins " simply do

not cause diseases. Why? Because they NEVER caused any diseases in the first

place. Rather, it was our own self-demolition, our own choices that weakened

ourselves, that caused all our diseases.

And if you really want a technical answer to your question about garlic,

then I invite you to do what I did ... research. Okay? You can ... the

information is all out there. But I assure you, it won't help a bit, because

from what I observe, the issue before you exists at the level of your

beliefs, not at the level of information.

And if you seek real understanding, then do the experiment I have suggested

repeatedly. It's easy, painless, free, and very convincing.

From Einstein, we have learned that the problem we create on a given level

of thinking cannot be solved on that level of thinking. We must shift our

beliefs, our perceptual system itself, if we wish to play an entirely

different game called " health " .

Best to all,

Elchanan

Elchanan, Thank you for the reply on garlic. I agree with your point of

view as far as making our bodies a perfect environment. That is my

goal. That is why I eat predominantly raw organic. In our real world we are

constantly exposes to toxins and pollution no matter how much we try to

avoid it. Do you have any documentation on why garlic is not healthy other

than your own opinion? Rudy
