Guest guest
Yes, Rudy, this is precisely the point. If you are eating and living in such a way that you create a " need " for anti-whatever, then fix the cause of the problem ... change the way you are eating and living. We have no need to kill anything, whatever creatures are upon us, are present only because we created an environment hospitable to them. Example: Athlete's Foot Many people complain of fungus, such as athlete's foot. What does the presence of fungus, on us or anywhere, mean? It means that there is dead matter present, from the point of view of the fungus, in sufficient quantity to constitute a viable food source. Now it is true indeed, you can kill the fungus ... for now. But the MOMENT you turn your head, it begins to regrow. And taht is why athlete's foot is a recurring, indeed a never-ending problem for those who " suffer " from it. On the other hand, you can eat and live more healthfully, so that every part of you becomes fully alive, no dead matter in sufficient quantity to feed the fungus. Then the athlete's food vanishes forever. Not because you killed something, but simply because you chose not to transform yourself into fungus food. j Make sense? It's antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal. Garlic is one food that you should be eating every day. Researchers have found that allicin, a chemical found in garlic that gives it its flavor, could be used to fight cancer. It appears that the natural chemical reaction that forms allicin, which occurs when the garlic is eaten or smashed, may penetrate and kill tumor cells. Please let me know what source you are using as a reference to say garlic is not good for you. Rudy
Guest guest
Elchanan, Thank you for the reply on garlic. I agree with your point of view as far as making our bodies a perfect environment. That is my goal. That is why I eat predominantly raw organic. In our real world we are constantly exposes to toxins and pollution no matter how much we try to avoid it. Do you have any documentation on why garlic is not healthy other than your own opinion? Rudy ______________________________\ ____ Be a better Globetrotter.
