Focus on what we are for, not on what we are against

Neal, I'll try one more time. The symptoms is the healing process itself. If

there is fungus, then a part of Nature perceives a part of US as dead

matter. The solution does not lie in killing the fungus, but rather in

bringing ourselves back to life.

And if you prefer to stay in the medical model, going around trying to kill

things, that's a fine choice, too. But it is not my choice. I spent more

than 4 decades eating drugs of one sort or another nearly 7 days a week. And

I have learned that, while we may say that this substance is more or less

toxic, this substance is more or less natural, the real paradigm shift lies

in reaffirming our connection with all life. If and when our species shall

ever stop killing and move forward into the fulfillment of its potential for

spiritual awareness and upliftment, then we may get somewhere. Until then,

we shall have war upon war, disease and plague upon disease and plague, and

most of humanity shall continue to live in abject poverty, utter ignorance,

and helpless despair.

I prefer to embrace the possibility of a new legacy to create for ourselves

and those that follow.

Try it this way: I focus upon what I am for, not upon what I am against. For

what we resist, persists. If you wish to live in the world of anti-things,

that is your free choice to make. I choose otherwise, a world without

antiperspirants and antibiotics and antifungals and antiseptics and

anti-just-about-anything-at-all.

Why on Earth would I consciously choose to spend my time, my energy, my

talent in a war with anything? So there you have it ... you cannot fathom

why I would oppose anti-things, and I cannot fathom otherwise.

At least in this writing, I hope the distinction comes clear.

Best,

Elchanan

also I cannot find a polite way to express my response to advice that

proposes

anti-fungal and anti-bacterial substances are harmful.
