Hi Jeannie,

Just about any fruits ... cut up oranges, apples, pears, mangos, bananas

(though you may prefer something more tart with greens), berries. I really

enjoy those bites that include fruit ... makes for an interesting salad

experience, I think.

Elchanan,

Ok, I thought fruit and salad was not a good combination. What fruit

combination would you suggest? I like all fruits.

So are you saying that lemon, lime, & vinegar is bad for you too? Say it

isn't so..... waaaaaaaaa waaaaaa waaaaa

This gets stranger every day...........lol

Jeannie and Caron,

This comment (below) reminds me of a great suggestion that I forgot to

mention earlier. Take some fruit that you enjoy, cut it up into small

pieces, and sprinkle that into your salad ... instead of any vinegar or

lemon juice. At this point, I cannot even remember when I last used lemon

juice on anything. Transitioning takes some time ... your body needs time to

heal your taste buds ... then they'll function entirely differently.

Best,

Elchanan
