CSA folks? ideas?

Hi!

I'm wondering if there are any folks out there who are in CSAs and a)

have been faced with *amazing new vegetables* and b) found some

recipes that worked, and c) are interested in other new recipes.

 

I am a member of a CSA in Astoria, NY. I have been overwhelmed with

just about every type of lettuce like leaf there is (I hope there

aren't too many more!) recently, and have taken to the list files, and

the Internet, like a banshee, looking for ways to use these cool

organic vegetables. I'm going to give at least one food demo for my

CSA in the next few months (stuff I already know - I am not asking you

to do my work!)

 

what I am looking for is others who are in CSAs and coming upon

new/interesting vegetables, to discuss " coping " , i.e., what do you do

with X?

I do not want to do all the work. You are creative in your way, and I

am creative in my way. I am looking for a sharing.

Is there anyone out there who is interested?
