Right or wrong. > Yes, that is right. What comes up next though is what gets done after the blame is assigned and hopefully accepted... Being a native San Franciscan, and seeing the homeless situation wipeout the last 20-years worth of Mayor's to defeat... now what... So, like food, or like homelessness, we have a " lifestyle " issue that has rendered the human into dire straights and has also pissed off the tax payers who have to foot the bill! Hmmm, which sometimes gets me wondering... do we deny them food or deny them hospital care? What do they do with these issues in other countries?
