Raw Foods for Health and HappinessHello Everyone,

 

I am new too. I joined about a week ago, and wasn't sure where to jump in. I

started trying to eat healthier, what I was calling " whole foods " , about a month

and a half ago, and it quickly escalated into a high-raw diet. I feel so much

better eating this way. I have found it hard to be 100% with it, as my family is

not wanting to do it, and my husband likes to eat out a lot- so any suggestions

are welcome. I have also lost 11 pounds without really trying since eating this

way, so that is good too. I am 36, and live in very rural South Carolina. We

have a big garden going, so that should soon help with my produce bill.

congrats on the 11lbs..they do come off quick dont they? ..this is

like the best kept secret eeeeever.

 

duuuh..like eat natural....only been happening for millions of

years....it only took me 43yrs to figure it out woohoo!
