Guest guest
Raw Foods for Health and HappinessHello Everyone, I am new too. I joined about a week ago, and wasn't sure where to jump in. I started trying to eat healthier, what I was calling " whole foods " , about a month and a half ago, and it quickly escalated into a high-raw diet. I feel so much better eating this way. I have found it hard to be 100% with it, as my family is not wanting to do it, and my husband likes to eat out a lot- so any suggestions are welcome. I have also lost 11 pounds without really trying since eating this way, so that is good too. I am 36, and live in very rural South Carolina. We have a big garden going, so that should soon help with my produce bill. Heather in SC * * * Work From Home- Ask Me How No Selling, No Risk. IT JUST MAKES SENSE!
