Advice for sleeping through the night?/fresh dates

Hi Lynne,

 

Give it a try! Fresh dates are yummy yummy! Have you had anything

other than the medjools? Keep a lookout for those little packages of

barhis and other varieties too. They're all very different. If they

don't have them now, check in the fall/winter. The California ones are

harvested around October, I think.

No, I've never tried any of the other varieties of dates, since

all of the recipes that I have in the 80 10 10 book call for the

mejool dates. I " ll look for the others also. If they don't have

them now, I " ll be sure to check for them in October! I love trying

different foods and different recipes!
