Guest guest
all vinegars except malt vinegar are gluten free. The process of distillation does not make it possible for the protein of the grain they are made from to be transferred to the end product. Malt vinegar has a barley malt added after distillation. That said, and it was a statement based on science, if one is going to use vinegar, one is better off using corn, rice or grape based vinegars just in case. It's a pure fact that science often draws conclusions which are later disproved. Balsamic vinegar, millet vinegar, rice wine vinegar are the least likely to have cross contamination issues. Guest guest
Is vinegar raw? I am specifically wondering about basalmic, rice and mirin? I love balsamic with flaxseed or olive oil... Thanks, Beth
Guest guest
I know that Braggs makes a raw apple cider vinegar. It says RAW on the label. It's raw and unfiltered. I do love balsamic vinegar, but I don't think it is. I don't think the rest are either. Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one.
