Guest guest
Hi All, I tried to post about this last night, but somehow, my post never appeared onto the website! I started eating the 80 10 10 diet about 3 months ago, and at first, I was ecstatic that I could finally sleep through the night without having to get up to use the bathroom. That lasted a few weeks; however, now I DO need to get up every night and sometimes twice!!! I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions. I usually finish dinner by 9:00 or 9:30 and if I eat anything at all for the rest of the evening, it's just a couple of dates at around 10:00. I go to sleep at 11:00 each night. Thanks for any insights or suggestions on this matter!
