Normal Resting heart rate, white cell count ... the idea of norms

Another solution is to eat french fries the night before, or the like. This

also works wonders for driving up your white cell count for a couple of days

.... into the range they consider " normal " . Yes, a truly (biologically)

normal white cell count is probably around 2500, what the meds consider

normal (statistically normal) is 5000-10000. The problem is that, from their

perspective, 2500 indicates possible AIDS and other wonderful " conditions " .

 

In other words, often the indicators of health and the indicators of

collapsing health are similar ... at least some of the indicators.

Obviously, a healthy person and one broken down would have vastly different

energy and the like. But they don't have any way to measure that, so they

ignore it.

The only problem with a low resting heart rate is

trying to donate blood.

 

When I was a bit healthier (varsity rower in college),

I had to run laps around the building every time I

wanted to give blood. They won't do it if your heart

rate is close to 50.
