Guest guest
I wish to apologize for this. Upon; reading my own message I realize that the last two sentences may have come across offensively. I did not mean that for you, Lisa ... just trying (poorly) to say that plastics, qua plastics, do not degrade in Nature. Cancel the " permanent sheets " and just use the parchment. Plastic is poison ... to such an extent that NO animals in Nature will eat it, not even bacteria. That's why is is not " biodegradable " . And please don't write back about how some plastics are biodegradable. It's not the plastics, it's some of the additives they add so that they can SAY the bags (or whatever) are biodegradable). The plastic we use today will still be here eons from now. Elchanan
Guest guest
Speaking of plastics... I am trying to get rid of all the plastics in my house. The one problem I am having is with water. We can't drink our tap water so I get spring water delivered to the house. We " cook " and drink with it but it comes in a plastic bottle. Also, I don't know what to use when I have to go out and want water to take with me. My daughter is young and I am not comfortable giving her a glass bottle of water. She does ok when we are home, but we have had a few drops and spills and I worry about the glass cutting her. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks all Caroline rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Elchanan Sunday, June 17, 2007 3:20 PM rawfood [Raw Food] Apology for: dehydrator sheets (thank you) I wish to apologize for this.
