Guest guest
There was a lot of talk about beans here lately and was wondering if the same goes for sprouts. Also, what's everybodies take on food combining as I notice some people mix fruits with other stuff. It seems to be a lot of information out there and through I try to listen closely to my own innerself I was wondering what the rest of you thought. On another note, I am really enjoying this group and the whole raw experience. Even when you can't surround yourself physically with like minded people you can always come here to be refreshed and renewed. RAW FOODS ROCK! Guest guest
Ayana, Nice to have you. Besides my dh who is into raw simply because I am the cook in the family. I don't know anyone in real life that is into raw. My friends think it's kinda " weird " and a " fad " . lol I'm greatful for my online raw groups and friends. I personally love all kinds of sprouts. I love to use alfalfa sprouts in salads, I use bean sprouts in wraps. I love all kinds of sprouts. I use a variety for different tastes. I use chick peas for a wonderful hummus. I'm not that good at sprouting so I usually just buy mine. Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one. shebassong <shebassong rawfood Sunday, June 17, 2007 11:16:49 AM [Raw Food] Bean sprouts?
