We have always known yoga, but its importance has suddenly increased in

these few years. Yoga exercise are related as a great mode of fitness,

as people these days suffer with what; tension – which lead to

anger- anger which lead to destruction of your physiological break up

– hence making your personality in a bad condition and conclusion to

be painful.
