Guest guest
Hi again, I forgot to say that when I said I shar my food it is with 15 others and our budget is only 100 a week right now even less to save. We save by the garden and buy in bulk and at the discount dint plave. That is only once a mo. when we shop out of town for our town has only 1 small store and all others are 35-45 mi away. We do have 6 foster children and all are hi needs even our new 6 yr old is on special milk and we get that given to us. we have 2 on feeding t. but they do eat the avocado pudding I fix and we just share it so I don't get as much. I do get about 12 avocados a week and mostly they are not organic. I have seen a change in the 1 boy since we have been giving him this. We have made our own bread for years and years. I did it when my children were little and I had 12, all home schooled, so I guess that made us different anyway. We did pick up different eating habits because of being in the USA and going around the world. I'm using some foods that we got from different places and they work well with a raw diet. so to the libary and check out different cooking and see how much you can use that would be raw. Like in Blezie they eat cabbage with everything and even hear cabbage is cheep. make chille soup and put cabbage in it raw and the soup is very good made with sprouted beans we do that now and my family like it that way I know it is not all raw but not much cooking to it.
