Hi,

I started a mostly raw diet a year ago and did it to eliminate some

health symptoms - headaches, stomachaches etc. I was vegetarian before

this....

I was able to eliminate alot of them but now they are back, no matter

what I eat. I'm wondering if I'm missing something here?

I do have decent elimination but it feels like somehow the food becomes

toxic?

I use organic fruits and veggies, sprouts, juice and green

smoothies....so I really feel like I'm eating top of the line.

any ideas of what could be the missing piece here?

thanks!

Annie

Hi Annie,

I am not sure but I thought I'd toss in my 2 cents worth,

Since it seems you are doing everything you can possibly do diet wise, have you

given any thought to the possibility of it being enviornmental?

I know that for me, often times if I have awful headaches I check to see what

the pollen count is and it is most times very high. I tend to get the worst

headaches when pollen is up. My dh gets headaches when the mold count is high.

But then, I live is Houston, a city that is choking to death on pollutants so,

there are lots of causes for headaches/migraines.

Just a thought, What do you think?
