Guest guest
Hi all~ Thank you for your posts about lemon juice water. I'll be adding that back into my daily schedule. Yesterday I saw a post *I think* titled " Body Temperture " , where someone mentioned a web site where they can monitor their calorie intake. I've tried to find it again, with no luck. Could you please post it again for me? Thank you, with Smiles~

Guest guest
Hi there, Would you be kind enough to sign your posts? That link is www.nutridiary.com. Regarding lemon juice, yes, it is slightly alkalizing on balance. But as I've written repeatedly, the majority of your caloric intake must be alkaline-forming in order for your overall diet to have an alkaline-forming impact upon your entire system. You cannot eat more than a few calories from lemon juice. So while it is alkalizing, its impact is inconsequential. Whether your diet is alkaline- or acid-forming is a function of your entire diet, not one food, and certainly not one as inconsequential in the mix as lemon juice. It's just one of those RF myths that's been repeated so many times that people believe it's true. Guest guest
My name is Natalie. I thought I had an automatic signature feature on - however I see it doesn't work! ;O) Darn! Thank you for the clarification on the lemon water. That is what I was wondering, if it really made a difference overall in a person's well being. Thank you also for the link. I am starting baby steps in becoming raw. No where close to it yet. I've been reading posts for about a month, before poking my head up and saying hi. I will most likely be a lurker, only asking questions when I can't figure it out myself. Guest guest
Ask questions when you're certain you HAVE figured it out for yourself. It's a whole different way to learn ... letting your sense f curiosity lead you, rather than your cognition. Just a thought ...
