Guest guest
Hi Lesa, This is a topic of interest to me. I don't have enough personal experience to bring that in. But I do know long-term raw-fooders with different ideas and experiences about this. I can see both sides and haven't come to a conclusion in my mind. I will probably need to go thru it myself to know for sure what I think about it. Maybe Elchanan will chime in. I'm not that familiar w/ or active on Doug Graham's board, but you might try posting on there about this. And then there's Nora Lenz and Audrey Walker, who would probably say something very different. I think I recall a discussion on Nora's board about this awhile ago--I could try to find it if you can't. I believe both Nora and Audrey talk about needing/feeling better on less food than would be recommended by Doug Graham. Of course, there's the aspect of physical activity, too. I understand you wanting reassurance. Sounds like you are going through more changes and entering some sort of new growth phase. Let us know how things evolve.
