fruits vs. veggies

hi, does anyone know if there should be a balance as to how much of your raw

diet is fruit vs. veggie, and nuts, etc. ? Also, I find it hard, especially

when thinking about food combining, to eat enough throughout the day. For

example, is it considered healthy to combine as a smoothie...nuts, banana,

dates, flax, almond milk together?
