Guest guest Posted June 6, 2007 Report Share Posted June 6, 2007 hi, does anyone know if there should be a balance as to how much of your raw diet is fruit vs. veggie, and nuts, etc. ? Also, I find it hard, especially when thinking about food combining, to eat enough throughout the day.
