Thank you. This is but the tiniest tip of a very large iceberg of knowledge

and perception, of paradigm shifts and potential. What I did not say in that

last post, which I'll just mention now, is that I believe humanity now

approaches a sort of " Y " in the road, where one branch leads to a sort of

rebirth of sorts for our species, Rebirth for Humanity. And those of us who

are learning, or relearning, how to live in harmony with Nature's design

shall help forge this new path forward.

 

Another topic, another day. When I wrote about the Path of Health Community,

I mentioned in one sentence something about forging a physical community at

some point. I was not kidding ... though our approach will be dramatically

different from anything I've seen since the signing of the Declaration. For

we shall create for ourselves a new opportunity to assert, hopefully for all

time, that we are born with certain unalienable (un-ah-leen-abl, NOT

in-ay-lee-en-abl) rights, as sovereign beings in the Creation, and that

these rights may not be subverted by fraud, as is the case today.

 

In my last post on this, I mentioned that America is involved in many wars

.... DECLARED wars ... on poverty, AIDS, etc. What I did not mention is that

America has been in an unbroken state of war since the inception of the

Civil War. As a matter of law, that war has never ended, the Articles of

Reconstruction have never been repealed or otherwise resolved. This is why

we have Executive Orders (an artifact of martial, or military, law).

President Lincoln issued the first such orders during the Civil War.

 

In 1876 and 1879, the U.S. Supreme Court made a horrendous mistake ... or

perhaps under John Waite's leadership as Chief Justice it was intentional

.... and ruled that corporations have the same rights as natural persons

under the 14th Amendment. The primary beneficiaries were banks, insurance

companies, and railroads. But a " natural person " under the 14th Amendment is

a different class of being ... has a different political status ... than a

citizen of one of the several states. We have two classes of citizens in

America, one consisting of sovereigns and on the endangered species list,

the other consisting of " citizens of the United States " as provided in the

14th Amendment. But these " citizens " are all corporations, as the language

of the Amendment makes clear on its face. So everyone who is a " citizen of

the United States " under the 14th Amendment functions voluntarily as a

corporation, and is therefore subject to control of Congress under the

commerce clause and other powers set forth in the federal Constitution.

 

Just a bit more food for thought.
