Guest guest
Thankyou Margaret, I have always liked vinegar, lemon, raw onions and garlic. Most of my family will eat a sandwich make of raw onions and garlic. We will get 25lbs of onions in the winter and they will only last us about4 weeks. I will try the onions and garlic. I was down to my dd's last night and we made a salad out of kale with olive oil, lemon juice garlic and onions it was good but was even better today. Yes, Theresa, if you make the massaged greens (is that what you did?) with kale or collards, or even just plain cabbage, it is good the first day, better the second day... and you can eat it for about 4 days. I like food like that. I made my massaged collard greens last night, and I added a bit of the spinach I still have from my CSA share last week. Boy was that good! I have leftovers still, so I will have a nice lunch tomorrow. Margaret
