Guest guest
Hi there, Glad I asked for more information, sounds like you are experiencing much discomfort. I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly, analyzing your current diet won't really help all that much, it's such a hodge-podge of different approaches to eating. Eating the fruits without the nuts might help a bit with some of the indigestion. However, what you describe suggests to me that your digestive system is running suboptimally 24x7 without a break. If I sense correctly, you are likely experiencing a generalized " running down " of your system over time. The symptomatic details are largely insignificant in contrast with this general trend. Perhaps you read about a couple of people here trying out a very simple diet for awhile ... perhaps you'd be willing to do the same? The motivation is simple: reduce the digestive workload you are placing upon your system, allow your system to clean out the digestive tube and then shift resources toward cleaning up elsewhere. The plan would be to eat one single food for a bit, perhaps a week or so, then add in a couple more foods during the second week. For example, during the first week, you might eat only watermelon, or only bananas. If you've never done anything like this before, then bananas might be a good first choice. I think you'll be surprised by what you experience. What are you actually observing? > What are you actually eating ... what fruits, in what combinations? What other foods? Specifically, what high-fat foods ... nuts, seeds, oils, olives, avocado? My face is breaking out more, more gas, and general itchiness. Feels almost like a yeast infection. I'm still eating quite a bit of SAD foods. In the mornings, I eat fruits like banana or apple, usually with a handful of almonds. For lunch, I have been eating soup, beans, or salad. Snack is more fruit like grapes, raisins, apple, or banana. I eat whatever SAD food for dinner. My goal is to go raw except for supper. I'm still working on it. I feel like absolute crap right now. Moody and tired most of the time. The pains in my chest/breasts are coming back more, but I think that's probably the heavy metals, not candida. I am a super picky eater, so I'm having a hard time going raw. That's true. I have no idea what to eat and when to do it, much less how to combine them, etc. I am clueless. I will check out the links you recommended. Thanks!
