Guest guest
Hi I guess no one is that interested but I had had a problem makin g sprouted grain bread from the beginning. I believe it ferments in the dehydrator and that causes it to be sour. Someone online finally gave me a tip: turn the temp on to 250 degrees (in ther oven) at first, that will kill the yeast, possible a few vitamins will die too but it will still be nutritious. Then transfer it to a regular dehydrator or turn down the oven to " warm " . Just tried it and it seems that the bread tastes OK so far. Welcome any comments....
