Guest guest
Crystal, Yes that's normal. To totally kill of yeast/fungus in the body you have to totally starve it. That means no sweets. No fruit at all. No sweeteners at all - with the possible exception of Stevia leaves (not the processed white powder). I takes a few months. You can speed the die-off with supplements. Different people recommend different ones. I'm not aware of any way around the 100% cut-off of all sweets. Then, when you've successfully killed off the Candida, knowing that you're susceptible to it, it is prudent to keep all fruits and sweeteners as close to zero in your diet as you can for quite a while. Maybe a year or two. You digestive system, your blood and lymph, all need time to regenerate - to recreate the proper energetic fields. If you haven't... I'd suggest getting Dr. Norman Cousin's Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. It has a very good explanation of all this in the first quarter of the book. The rest in filled with recipes that will not support the re-growth of the Candida. ..wyn The Raw Retreat http://TheRawRetreat.com o) 888.EAT.RAW4LIFE f) 877.236.6999 > Fruits and candida > Posted by: " corndoggirl1977 " crystalandbrock > corndoggirl1977 > Sun Jun 3, 2007 10:05 pm (PST) > > I have been eating more fruits and my candida seems to be worse.
