I made a salad that was very good out of sprouted beans and made it like 4bean salad with vin. is there something else that you can use instead of vin and still be good. My family did like it though and helped me eat it all up. This is something our family likes or bean salads in the summar and I would like to make them more healthy. If I were to make a salad dressing without vinegar, I would just put olive oil on the salad and add a lot of herbs that I like -- I have an herb mix that I sprinkle on most food, and I might add some of the other things I like to eat on salads (garlic and onions) but that are regularly poo-poo'd here.
