Guest guest Posted June 3, 2007 Report Share Posted June 3, 2007 Ever resourceful, and determined not to waste these rhubarb stalks, I have come up with two things so far. JUST PLAIN RAW RHUBARB I can chop it into small pieces and eat it plain. I like it. RAW RHUBARB/RASPBERRY DRINK I decided to blend it with water and raspberries (1/2 C each, to 10 oz of water, all in the Vitamix, in my experiment) This turned out to taste rather like the Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger tea.
