Hi Anna,

Yes, I agree, there is definitely a " culture " or a " psyche " in every group.

And because we are social creatures with a high need for safety and

connection with others, we are all subject to influence in and by the group,

or others in it.

Still, we remain distinct as well, and we do have far more choice about how

we experience life than most of us realize. We have been taught to ask

others what to do, how to dress, etc. One could create a long list. And one

can also step off the list, if one truly wishes to do so.

When I think about the magnitude of the " stepping off the list " that eating

a RF diet entails, then I feel a great sense of appreciation and respect for

each and every person who does so, regardless of the details, timeframe,

etc.

Best to all,

Elchanan

to leave this Group

hhmm..i dunno..i a'int no shrink...but in my line of work group behavior is

unvariably bad.

every single bad quality that one person can express is exacerbated when in

a group setting.

your choice of that as a decription for what happened here is not

flattering...

but if the shoe fits...who am i to say youre wrong?

peace

youre right....we are all individual thinkers...we have left the fold

of the group in a big way by eating this way...that we should lump

any or all of us into a group mentality is rather comedic...
