Guest guest
>Try not to drive yourself crazy about it, keep setting the good example without nagging, and hope for the best! It's all we can do.> Best wishes! Judy Here's some encouragement for everyone to " keep on keeping on " . This morning I went to a health faire that was sponsored by our YMCA. I did a bone density test which came back very good. I then did my BMI at three different booths and they all came back 19. I am 5'9 " , weigh 125 and when I told them my age (70), no one could believe it. (All those fruits and veggies). My blood pressure was 111/71. Early this morning I walked the dog a mile, then went to the Y and worked out on the balance ball, did an abs and stretching class with free weights and bands, did weight lifting on the machines. Now I'm off to my country line class this afternoon. Being an example to those around us is the best thing we can do for them and ourselves.
