Basically, there are NO rules -- you just keep gravitating towards more &

more raw food in your diet.

Keep researching online and reading about " raw " . It is very easy to go all

raw at any point, surprisingly easy, but you don't HAVE to do anything --

just get more and more raw foods. And then more raw foods. Just keep doing

it.

It takes around 2 years anyways, for all the cells to really get the full

effects -- so you have plenty of time to " clean up yer act " , i.e. get more and

more to 100 % raw foods.

After all the years I read and experimented on myself, I still didn't

understand what " raw " really was when I got face to face with someone who was

really serious about it. I had bought a Vita Mix the previous year and without

knowing it, I had gotten well on the way to being a raw person.

When I heard Matt Monarch speak last September near Philadelphia -- I

heard him and enjoyed his speech, but I must not have caught the full effect of

his words -- shortly after, I tried his book " Raw Spirit " . I had read

Victoria Boutenko's book " Green For Life " a couple of weeks before attending

that

raw foods speech. These 2 books, I think, would do it for anybody.

It really works.

So what I would say to do is read GREEN FOR LIFE by Victoria Boutenko and

keep gravitating to more & more raw foods. Enjoy everything you eat, raw or

not.

Someday you would enjoy reading " Raw Spirit " , too, I'm sure -- and keep

researching all the time.

Once you, yourself, begin to FEEL the difference (in about two weeks, if you

get to 80% raw, unprocessed, clean, fresh foods only) you'll be on your way.

Well on your way.

You don't really have to do anything, lol.

Best wishes,

Jerry
