I love " organic " Fuji apples, but they are " hybrid " in origin being a crossbreed of " KukGwang and Delicious " apples. The crossbreeding of apples was not so much the issue in the seminar I went to (Hippocrates Center) but it was that every time the do this stuff, the sugar content is jacked up. Apples from the turn of the century have alot more sugar in them by design than they did back then according to the research. -- " Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
