I recall a discussion about this a few years back at a raw food

event I was attending and the discussion got real " deep " in the

views of not only seedless but hybrid.

I love " organic " Fuji apples, but they are " hybrid " in origin

being a crossbreed of " KukGwang and Delicious " apples.

The crossbreeding of apples was not so much the issue in the seminar

I went to (Hippocrates Center) but it was that every time the do

this stuff, the sugar content is jacked up.

Apples from the turn of the century have alot more sugar in them by

design than they did back then according to the research.
