I've never really tried to grow in size but only in strength, the way one trains will dictate the difference between " bulk " as in body builders vs " strenght " in weight lifters. My ability to test this food change in my diet will be much easier for I do not use a tape measure to check the results, the the fixed weights that I can lift. That is a good thing for the weights will not change, nor will my workouts so I'm excited to see the difference in strength. Once, about 13-months ago, on day-8 of a master cleanse, I was just floored by the amount of energy I had -- it floored the guys I was working out with that day (same group of fellows) for when they invited me over I first bowed out due to being on the fast... Very unpredictable engine this human body is! Bill -- " Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
