There is sometimes the use of body builders vs weight lifters, and

I'm the latter. I've never really tried to grow in size but only in

strength, the way one trains will dictate the difference between

" bulk " as in body builders vs " strenght " in weight lifters.

 

My ability to test this food change in my diet will be much easier

for I do not use a tape measure to check the results, the the fixed

weights that I can lift. That is a good thing for the weights will

not change, nor will my workouts so I'm excited to see the

difference in strength.

 

Once, about 13-months ago, on day-8 of a master cleanse, I was just

floored by the amount of energy I had -- it floored the guys I was

working out with that day (same group of fellows) for when they

invited me over I first bowed out due to being on the fast...

 

Very unpredictable engine this human body is!
