Hi Bill,

You can ... and as I wrote last message, you may go backward a bit in order

to go forward. Also, the visual appearance of your muscles will change

rather dramatically, as all the useless bulk will vanish. You'll eventually

look much more like healthy, muscled people from about 3-4 generations back.

Look at some photos, the difference is rather profound!

You'll eventually go beyond where you have ever gone before ... if you have

faith in your path and stay the course. There are a few RF body builders who

have written books ... maybe one by Steve Arlen?? I can't remember clearly,

not of personal interest to me.

The key is to understand that you can build as much and more lean tissue on

RF, if it is healthful RF (NOT high-fat) than on any other diet. Study after

study has shown that the PERCENT of calories from protein need not increase

for athletes, including body builders. They get more protein than others

simply by consuming more calories on a healthful diet. And ours is the most

healthful of all (not the high-fat versions).

Best,

Elchanan

RE: [Raw Food] Raw Food Benefits.. (the test begins)

If I can just " maintain " the same strength gained under a meat diet

while eliminating it, then I'd consider that a very good thing. I

don't feel I should " lose " any strength moving to a superior diet.

The next question (in my mind anyway) arises in that

(A) Could I have gained this much strength, starting at the same

time, on a non-meat diet?

I'm curious if there is any other " <blank>fooders " out there who has

some before and after benchmarks where they " lost " stamina, or

strength, or endurance while moving to a healthier diet.

Thanks
