I don't feel I should " lose " any strength moving to a superior diet. The next question (in my mind anyway) arises in that (A) Could I have gained this much strength, starting at the same time, on a non-meat diet? I'm curious if there is any other " <blank>fooders " out there who has some before and after benchmarks where they " lost " stamina, or strength, or endurance while moving to a healthier diet.
