Hello jessica,

Just something that popped up when reading your post.I just recall seeing

some dramatic pictures when I was researching zappers...I tend to respect alot

of what David Wolf has uncovered... & he also mentions & uses a zapper..but

not just any zapper..it's Don Crofts the Terminator Zapper also has a harmony

frequency to it which is uuummm harmonising...

Anyway I don't know what your take is on the whole parasite thing, & please

don't think I am suggesting that that is what is going on here.

I just remeber seeing some before & after photos of one person who had used

the zapper & the necessary supportive measures to aid elimination etc. & he

went from being really skinny before & more rounded after.

I personally do rate the use of a Zapper so I don't mind passing on that

info. although I have an old hand held model that is no-where near as conveniant

/ good as the Terminator one.. which has crystals / magnet built in that

support orgone...pranic energy...

others models do not I believe....

Just a thought, which I believe you are open to...

Three questions:

 

1. What is your current body fat percent? (Measured)

 

2. What kind of weight do you wish to gain? Fat? Lean tissue? Water weight?

Other?

 

3. If you feel so much better, what are you trying to fox?

[Raw Food] How to gain weight?

 

 

I have what most people would call a " luxury " problem. I am skinny in

nature. With SAD I maintain a on a skinny side healthy weight. I am

5'5 (165cm) and weighed then about 115lb. In January I started to cut out

processed food and eat now mosly raw or cooked wholefoods. I would say I am

about 50% raw but I am aiming at 95%. However, since January I have lost

about 10lb, and beeing so slim allready this is not good. I need to gain

weight!! How do I gain (or at least maintain) weight on a raw daiet?

 

I do eat lots of avocado, use oils and I am definitely not a person who is

known to eat small portions. In fact, poeple often comment on much much I

am considering my size.

 

I must say that although I have lost weight and look almost sickly skinny, I

feel MUCH better than before. I am able to exercise like never before and

have much more energy throughout the day. I just don't want to loose any

more weight and I am not sure how to prevent it on this diet.

 

I would love to go on a juice fasting (I know i have a lot of junk stored up

in me) but that is just not possible with my weight beeing so low... I

think?

 

Any helpful advice, truth or opinion is appreciated!!
