I am still reading 811...

But I got to thinking about something someone on here said in one post or

another and now I got a question.

If a person was 100 pounds over weight, and they went on a water fast, and kept

working out at the gym. Would their body use up the reserves or would they lose

lean muscle mass and keep the fat?

In other words, what does it take to force the body to use its reserve fat and

keep the good stuff?

Just wonderin......and I realize this is a long question to really answer....

By the way, I am enjoying the 811 book! Very informative!

Got a little couch potato?

Check out fun summer activities for kids.
