I wish I could say I am loosing cravings for sad. I am a moments notice away

from diving into sad. I wish I could be on the side you are in that regard. I

had to cook and watch my dh eat a steak yesterday. Tonight he ordered pizza!!!

I look at those commercials for all that sad food and I have to say I want it.

As the compulsive eater I am and will always be. I have to just tell myself

" that is poison for me " . I am guilty of loving sad.

That is another reason I am loving the raw lifestyle. I am still eating alot, I

am just eating alot of what is better for me AND I seem to be loosing weight.

My scale doesn't say I'm loosing, but my clothes say I am. I still see the big

fat me when I look in the mirror. I hope that will change in time.

As of today I am I am 17 days in the raw.

I am taking the AA approach of " one day at a time " .

Regards,

Jeannie

your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one.

I love that one day at a time is the best way. Pizza is a big weakness for

me. As for the mirror get rid of it they are not nice. Everytime i see my

reflection in the patio door I want to cry it is not a nice door. It's these

little things that push us over the edge or to the extreem I think this is

why I started the banana thing. My whole thing was if it didnt smell, look

and taste good I wasnt eating it there for I ate SAD food morning noon and

night and wondered how I got so big. I set goals for myself to keep me

motivated my large long term goal is to have another baby but I want to ben

down to my goal weight by the time that happens and the plan is spring 2008

so the clock is ticking my small goals are fitting into something I really

like. My cousin and I have this thing where when ever she goes down a size

I get the clothes that are too big for her which are new most of the time

but so nice I have 2 skirts I am egar to wear but they dont fit yet 5 more

pounds and they will so that is my drive for this week. Hang in there if

you fall down pick yourself back up and start again have faith in yourself

and you will be thin in no time!!! You can do it!

I've found that it helps to avoid TV, then I avoid the

commercials. It's a wonderful way to detox your mind

as well ;)

Good Luck!
