Guest guest
Hello... I've not long joined this group, & have found great value esp. in hearing Elchanan's info. & all the other takes on raw living & very often transitioning etc. Personally I can tell instantly that Elchanan has huge experience in this area...not just by the info he offers, but how he offers it..I can recognise he is on that level beyond the small & the personal & certainly beyond attacking anyone or domination etc. But sadly may still attract it or illuminate it in others. I believe feelings / mind stuff is important, but more to the one who has them than the so called target.. Seeing that level of thinking on here saddened me a little... I do believe the more one purifies their body the purer their level of thinking becomes, things just wash over them. If what we are in essence can be thwarted & needs protection etc. then perhaps we are not yet where we think we are. Also, from what I have been gleeming from raw living experience & ongoing research / exploration...the Sensitive teeth thing has been a problem for some esp. frutarians...Also I am aware that the teeth are intimately realatd to our body, I believe they are each on meridian lines / acupuncture points possibly & as one is typically detoxing progressively with the raw living approach, they can mimic areas of the body that are being detoxed or are particularly sensitive & helps to illuminate this. Also aware of the long time it takes our body to become more alkaline, that our cells can take months, maybe even years possibly to throw off/dispell acidity from the cells. And they have their own natural cycles of this. Hence the importance of re-alkalinsing the body with alkaline foods Esp. Greens. From some stuff I've been reading, some raw fooders have found this to be the missing link... I believe Victoria Boutenko's work particularly highlights this with her super green smoothies & her Book on Supergreens etc. & the updated Book on 12 steps raw.She has done fascinating research in this area with Gorillas is it? And there huge strength & yet they consume huge amounts of greens & fruits! And how our body starts to appreciate the bitter taste of greens etc. the more we include them... & big amounts to! UUmmm I'm sure this is all familiar, but I know that for some maybe the sweet taste of raw fruits etc maybe overlooking the need for the huge benefits of Greens... & just upping these maybe & including more in the diet may help with the detox / alkalising thing & hopefully the Sensitive teeth thing.
