We have all seemed to take " sides " on this Elchanan thing. I hope after all thats been said, that we can all get back to rawfoods and sharing info. I hope elchanan stays around, and that we all learn to appreciate what we all have to say! That does not mean that we have to agree at all times, that would never happen! Its easy when reading things typed over the internet for some things to come across wrong, or harsh or pushy, or snotty, or *anything*....and some times, that is not how the writter meant for it to come across! I for one re read what I wrote this morning and realize that it too sounded a little harsh, and I didnt mean for it to! I want everyone to stay, and everyone to learn from each other. We all have opinions, and should feel free to express them here! I for one, vote we all chip in on answering more posts! then maybe it wont seem so one sided (not that I mind you elchanan...not at all).... Anyone second this?????? Bored stiff? Loosen up... Is this wrong? Uh no. How many times are you in groups were everyone just blindly nods their heads in agreement? I don't see this happening in this group. If you disagree, speak up. I happen to like El's posts and even though I don't agree with 50% of what he may say, I simply delete unless I feel compelled to off another opinion (if someone else already hasn't). I personally think that it's disrespectful to comment on El's posts and how they might be dominating the conversation when anyone, at anytime, is free to offer their own thoughts as well. There have been quite a few posts of late where either people have missed the thread for a variety of reasons (on digest/no mail, new, etc) where one could easily have Googled info or searched the archives and members of this community repeated the information. That is quite an energy spend! In addition, the comment about him charging money is baffling. We all have to earn a living. There are many, many times people on this list will post some of the things they're doing and if you choose to purchase, so be it. I've yet to see El push his paid services on anyone and in fact, he not only offers free advice here, but free teleconferences on a number of topics. Elchanan, I hope this thread doesn't turn you off from posting as much as you do or worse, leave. Your insights are valuable and we're ALL on this journey together.
