Hi Laura,

I'd say this is the perfect amount of information. :):)

What you describe is what is biologically normal throughout the animal

kingdom. Animals eat, they digest for a bit, they poop. We are animals. When

healthy, we do the same.

Any other conception is just ... bananas!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist. Well,

COULD have, but ... :)

so there is no confusion, this isn't a quote by Lady, but a quote from a

message someone sent to her...just protecting the innocent...=)

i can tell you that i am NOT constipated...i have been eating only bananas

for 4 days now and (as you know from your own experiences) there is no

constipation for me....just lots and lots of potty time!!! my bowel

movements seem to come about 30 minutes after having a banana and they are

pretty much a banana digested and nothing more now, and about the right

quantity for the amount of bananas i had eaten. that's probably more info

than you might have wanted. i do feel good though. still having some

cravings for SAD food. but mostly i want some salad!!!

good luck and try not to let anyone talk you down =) (reminder to give this

advice to myself)

peace,

la
