Guest guest
OK I had a set back. I was doing soooo good on my banana fast......UNTIL... I had to go to a work thing yesterday. I planned ahead and brought some bananas to eat so I would behave myself. Well a simple meeting turned into an all day tie up. After we had been there for more than 3 hours, my banana energy started to fade and I had already eaten my reserves. We were only gonna be there for 2 hours, and by hour 5 I was STARVING. Well.....they sent out for food, with out saying anything. They just kinda surprised us all and brought the food in. Of coarse it was all crap... But I was starving and nauseous and shaking at this point, so I really had to eat. So I did as little damage as I could with what they provided. It was pizza....YIKES! So I ate just one piece (picked all the meat and cheese off...lol) But I couldn't go the rest of the afternoon with out food, and they wernt gonna let us leave.... So my question is, do I have to start all over? Will this one fall back, make my first 5 days for nothing? I am back on my bananas today and last night, it was just the one piece of pizza. So will my body be able to keep up with the one set back? I think in the future, I will just need to carry around a portable cooler..LOL!!!!! Sigh...LOL! And yes...the pizza tasted like crap, and made me feel ill... Got a little couch potato? Check out fun summer activities for kids.

Guest guest
I too had a slip up lastnight after 3 days. I took my son to the grocery store for a treat he wanted sun chips which were one of my favorites. That was fine I thought I could do it but I couldnt I had 2 handfulls of chips and payed the price I have never felt so aweful and hungry which just proves my theory the reason you cant have just one is because it is packed full of so many chemicals that makes you crave them. I got back on the wagon today to my suprise I have lost 8lbs in three days. I think everyone falls you need to pick your self up and try again. > " Anna Bishop " <mowthpeece >rawfood >rawfood >Re: [Raw Food] eeek a confession Banans day 5 >Thu, 17 May 2007 11:59:13 -0700 > >it was always a lack of adequate supplies that sabotaged >me.....wow....an important lesson learned.. > >i applaud your amazing self control! > >i cant imagine the universe begruding 1 slice of pizza.....8-) >lots of lessons learned here...if you hadnt of had it you wouldnt know >you no longer like it. >for me it always led to a binge.....youre aeons ahead of me ..... > >keep up the good work! >anna > >On 5/17/07, Dobby the house elf <dobeythehouseelf wrote: > > OK I had a set back. > > > > I was doing soooo good on my banana fast......UNTIL... > > > > I had to go to a work thing yesterday.
