Guest guest
Hi Sally, This response may seem a bit " out there " for some. In our Path of Health Community, we had a young man (about 18 months at the time) whose mom reported that he'd been experiencing constipation for more than a year. Now this child was entirely breast fed ... so what was the problem? I use an approach I call Dynamic Self-Discovery to explore and rewrite our subconscious beliefs ( " programming " ). We gave this a try ... it turned out that this lovely baby had been witness, more than a year earlier, to a rather heated argument between mom and dad. Mom was holding baby throughout that entire argument, so baby could physically feel and energetically sense at close range all of mom's feelings ... fears, etc. And baby made a " decision " to protect himself and began " holding it all in " . Quite literally. I did one brief piece of work on behalf of this young man, and he has pooped generously and regularly ever since. Who would have thunk it? There is a tendency in the mainstream to pooh-pooh the relationship between food and health. And there is an opposite tendency, in the RF world and elsewhere, to overemphasize the role of diet in health, effectively to pooh-pooh or at least minimize the role of other factors . So I offer two ideas: 1. The cause of your constipation is dietary. From your brief message, below, we have no information about what you eat ... " going raw " describes nothing at all ... and it is possible that your version of a raw diet is quite constipating. Also, we have no information about you. For example, if you are overweight, then your system is always dehydrated which could contribute to this situation. 2. The cause of your constipation is not dietary, in which case we might explore emotional and/or other causes. Back to you! I would have assumed this would resolve that issue, but it sure has not yet. Hmmm... Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
