Guest guest
Has anyone here had trouble with constipation, even after going raw? I would have assumed this would resolve that issue, but it sure has not yet. Hmmm... Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! Sally In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-

I can suggest by direct experience that molasses might help. Having a teaspoon or two half an hour before each meal often followed by a glass of just pure clean water made an astonishing difference. Even though I was still regular, once a day, the above regime changed to as many 'expulsions' as there were meals. This is how it should be! One crap a day means that two or three meals worth are staying in the body longer than they should with the accompanying toxicity. After molasses, I would go and do my business within a couple of minutes or less and wipe and often find clean paper. Perhaps this is as nature intended originally, but that was a long time ago and under very different circumstances. I don't know what country you live in, but in the UK I get Applefords. Blackstrap is another that is good. I have tried organic and normal and prefer the taste of the normal by a long long way. That is not meant to be a negative comment about organic as usually it is so much better and I buy organic when I can get and afford it. neal. Guest guest
i didnt, but the " ash " left behind by the food is so much less that there is just less bulk to pass. the food is almost all absorbed...its a great thing as far as im concerned... have any females noticed that their periods lighten up tremendously when eating raw for a full cycle? another amazing thing...i never knew that the food i was eating was actually causing so much " trash " that even my uterus needed to rid itself of it... for me, raw dropped my period from 6 days to 3. and i had wondered what was wrong when it went from 5-6 days, years ago....now i know... .....eating too much junk.. peace anna On 5/15/07, neal <kneel.pardoe wrote: > > On Tuesday 15 May 2007 12:37, Jeff & Sally Moore wrote: > > Has anyone here had trouble with constipation, even after going raw?
