Guest guest Posted May 13, 2007 Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 To obtain the full benefit of these delectable foods they should be eaten on an empty, clean stomach which is not saturated with slimy residues. In other words, fruits are far more beneficial if eaten alone and not eaten with cooked food, especially not with refined starches and foods containing liberal amounts of white sugar.
