Guest guest Posted May 13, 2007 Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 I just came off a 48 hour fast. I figure 2 days is good as a start. Is fasting a part of your raw diet? I've read about 4 raw books. The current one is Gabriel Cousins' " Conscious Eating " . Do you worry about whether your an ANS-dominant or oxidative-dominant constitution type? He really offers complexity in his analysis of what eat person should eat, i.e. personalize your diet. Or, do you do what Boutenka suggests, which is 'follow your instinct'. I've been following up on alkalinity in foods for a while. Is this something you think about? For me, who thinks my system is acid because of a high level of stress, I'm very aware of wanting to alkalinze my system. Just curious what you think.
